Sally Wei is an accomplished classical pianist who holds a Doctorate in Musical Arts. As in the life of a musician, one strives for perfection of oneself. Drinking tea all her life, in 2006, she found her deep connection with tea through the journey of Dharma learning. Trained in Taiwan and England, Sally is comfortable embracing the two tea cultures. She uses the philosophy of “Jing Si” (Still Thoughts) in the understanding, preparation and enjoyment of the blessings of Tea.
